BENEFITS AND USES OF ROSEMARY
The scent of Rosemary is known to be stimulating and uplifting, providing a boost to the senses and the brain – studies have shown that rosemary aids clear thinking and memory. Rosemary extracts have antimicrobial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which make it an ideal ingredient in products seeking to soothe and heal irritated or damaged skin. Rosemary is also known to be analgesic, which helps in the soothing of problem skin. Used on normal skin, rosemary has a revitalising effect, aiding circulation.
